I’m sitting in a suite on a military base in Vilseck, Germany, tonight. I’ve attended a weekend seminar (my second one in a month’s time) on Microsoft Word. This was the hardest seminar I’ve had out of four up to this point. We went through a whole book in two days! I learned a lot, and I know already that I made an S (satisfactory). Next week I will go to Kaiserslautern for a class on Microsoft Access, that is, if it is a go. They must have at least seven students before the class will go. If it does, that will be one more step toward getting a Computer Studies Certificate from the University of Maryland – Europe. One step at a time, that’s all I can do…
