We are here tonight in Belgium about half way through a two day getaway. Today I stood on the ground where the Battle of Waterloo took place. It was a pretty amazing feeling. Easter/Spring Break is surely turning out to be a nice holiday.

And a nice German burger! WOW! We stopped at an Imbiss, and boy was I surprised. It was the best burger I’ve had in some time. I was so amazed I didn’t even get a picture! The burger started with a Ciabatta type bread/roll. Between the top piece of bread and the burger was a slice of tomato, onions, and a special sauce. Just under the burger was a homemade slaw. It was defineately a kitchen sink burger! It was awesome! I’ll be sure to visit this place again! Our ride along the Mosel was simply awesome! What a ride it was!

Tomorrow is supposed to be a beautiful day! It’s forecasted to be the warmest day yet here in the Netherlands with a high of 73 degrees fahrenheit. We are thinking about riding to Cochem, Germany, which is a beautiful village located on the Mosel River. It sure is a nice ride, and I’m looking forward to it!

Looks like I’ll get either three or four days this week! I get to fill-in for a CAD/Cisco class today. So, that’ll be interesting! In the afternoon, I get to work with one of my little special needs buddies! I’m glad to get the hours!
